How it all started...
It all started with Thomas, Benoît and Eduardo, wine, beer, spirits and tech experts, who noticed something missing in the drinks aisle. They realised that consumers required expert help in selecting complex products like alcoholic beverages or coffee and noticed a lack of advisory services in both mass retail and online sectors.
So, they decided to create Matcha, an innovative solution bridging that gap by leveraging advanced technology like AI to provide personalised recommendations.
